St Anne's Child & Adolescent Centre is located in the civil parish of Rahoon in County Galway.
The Centre was built in 1859.
The building was originally a country house built in the Gothic-Revival style.
The chimney piece is medieval in date and was taken from a house in Kirwan's Lane in Galway's city centre.
The building has been maintained to an excellent standard and is still in use today as a Health Services facility.
