Some of my family visited St. Hugh's in 2012 and saw the Baptismal font where my great grandfather John Forde would have been baptised in December 1860. He immigrated to Australia in 1882 and worked on the Queensland Railways. Marie Marinelli
St Hugh's Church was built in 1842.
It is affiliated with the Roman Catholic faith.
