Sir,
We the undersigned members of Roscrea relief committee are anxious to get a few tons of Indian Corn Meal to be retailed in the town of Roscrea, the price of which they would remit to Dublin with the order.
They request to be informed as to whether any particular form of application is necessary or any conditions to be observed as to sale.
