Hi Sarah,
Co. Clare is one of the few counties that are not online, so I cant help in tracing church records. However if you go through the 1901 and 1911 census yu should find your ancestors. The information you have is very sketchy so I would strongly advise you to speak to any older members of your family who may know what town or village your pople came from. The irish census is totally free to search and browse and you should be able to find your people.
Regards,
Anne

Thanks so much! I know my grandmother had several siblings who came over around the same time and after. I'm still not sure about my grandfather 's place of birth. I know he participated in the Easter Rebellion was teenager. Thanks for your advice.

Hi:
Do you have her parents names? Did the whole family emigrate or just herself?

I don't know her parents name. I have found out she was from Kilbaha. She came over with a brother Patrick and she had a brother Martin who came to the US much later. I believe she came to the US in early 1920's. Thanks
Sarah McDonnell
