My ancestors David Adams and Rebecca McFarlane were married at Templemore 1st Presbyterian Church in 1841. David's death certificate said he was a boot maker. He died at age 35 in Port Glasgow, Scotland in 1877.

Vonny,
Tradition was to marry in the bride’s church so it’s possible you’ll find Rebecca’s baptism in the Templemore 1st's records. If, like her husband, she died in Scotland, you should normally get her parents names and occupations from her death certificate, if the information was known to the informant. (She looks to have died in Port Glasgow in 1902, aged 71. So born c 1830).
However there appears to be something inconsistent with the information you have provided. I assume there is a mistake with either the year of marriage or David’s age at death. If he died in Port Glasgow in 1877 aged 35, he was born c 1842. He could not have been married a year before his own birth to a bride aged 11. So something’s not right. Do you want to revise the information in your post to resolve this?
If there’s doubt about when they married, the next question is did they have any children in Scotland? If they did, in either 1855, or 1861 onwards, the birth certificates should record the date and place of the parents marriage.
Also let us know what exactly you are hoping to find in Irish records.
