Need assistance in finding information regardingf the following people:
1. Thomas Chambers who died in Roslea (Rosslea?) or Tattenbarr, in 1895 at age 91 (born ~1804). Religion not known. He was lisited as "First cousin" in the will of my great cousin, Jane Chambers, who died in Brooklyn, New York on 23 February 1888.
2. Martha Chambers who died in Roslea in 18989 at age 86 (born ~1812), Religion not known. She was Thomas' sister as noted in his will. She was lisited as "First cousin" in the will of my great cousin, Jane Chambers, who died in Brooklyn, New York on 23 February 1888.
2. John Chambers who died in Roslea or Tattyenbarr, in 1876 at age 75 (born~1801). Religion not known. John was apparently Thoma's brother as they were frequently recorded together in the Valuation Office Books. Nothing more is known about John.
Nothing more is nown about these three ancestors.I would like to know who their parents were and where they were born. Perhaps Monaghan? Also, what religion were they?
I have fairly complete information regarding my six Irish ancestors who arrived in New York on 6 January 1851 but nothing about their lives in Ireland. I'm hoping that the three individuals mentioned above would shed some light on my family.
Any assisternce of advice would be greately appreciated.
