Ann Faircloth (Fairclough or Fairlough ?) was sent to NSW as an assisted immigrant in 1840. Her parents were Francis Faircloth and Mary Crawford, both dead by 1840.

She married Edward Donaghy in Maitland NSW in 1853.

Her immigration papers describe her as 20 years old, Protestant, a dairymaid, unable to read or write.

A possible sibling is Myrven Fairlough/Fairclough b 1825 who married a Sarah Henry at Bailiebrough, Cavan on 28 Jan 1848. Their fathers were given as Francis Fairlough and John Henry.

Myrven and Sarah migrated to South Australia in 1848 with a young son John, but Sarah died at sea. Myrven subsequently married Ann Johns.
