John Murphy (abt 1788-?) M Mary Kennedy (abt 1791- 1879)
Location info we have - Cashel? Thurles, Clonmel and Tipperary.  I am sorry if I have joined the wrong group, being an Aussie I am not sure of how the areas work.

We are not sure if John and Mary also came to Australia, but as we have their death dates it is likely that they did. We are interested in finding more information on John and Mary.

Our direct ancestor
Son Patrick, (1810 - 1899) Md Ellen Staunton/Stanton(1815-91) 
Another son, James  1813. Md Sabina Staunton/Stanton

Patrick and James departed Cork on the Royal Saxon and arrived in Port Phillip Bay 17/7/1841. The sisters, Ellen and Sabina Staunton/Stanton arrived in Australia on The Forth. (Their mother was a Catherine Goode)

The brothers met the sisters and wed in Melbourne Australia.

Patrick Snr and Ellen's children were:- 
John Patrick 1844, (M Margaret J Morris), Thomas (Bernard?) 1845, (M Frances Judge),Mary 1847, Patrick 1849, (Our line) James 1851, Matthew 1853-1869, Bernard 1855, (M Catherine E Horan) William 1857, and Sabina 1859. All children were born in Australia

Patrick and Ellen's son, Patrick M (1849-1901, buried in the Old Boulder cemetery West Aust) Harriet Palmer (1853-1934' buried in Karrakatta cemetery, West Aust)
Their children:-

George Henry 1873, (M Margaret Jane ??), John 1874-76, Ellen 1876, Mary Ann 1878, Thomas 1881, Harriet 1883 died at 7mnths, James Patrick 1885 (M Sarah  Ann Fletcher) Kate (M Amady Dupuy)

Ellen Murphy  (1876-1911) married our grandfather William Casey (1866-1911)

After Patrick's death, Harriet M William Sheppard...we would love to be in touch with kin through marriage to catch up on our 2G grannie.
