Sampson Bailie B. about 1813 and Mary Cochrane B. 1817(Daughter of Wm Cochrane and Sarah Bradshaw) married in 1835, Hillsborough. 3 children: Robert S. B 1839,Sarah B. 1840 and Thomas B. 1843. Immigrated to NYC in 1844 Trying to locate parents/siblings for Sampson Bailie. I would enjoy hearing from anyone researchng the Bailie/Cochrane families from Hillsborough.

Just last night I discovered that I have two DNA matches from 2 different lines on my tree with the surname Bailie and the more I look at it the more I am convinced that they are somehow related to each other. Just to complicate matters I am also searching for another Mary Cochrane who I believe to be related to this Mary Cochrane!
I see this post of yours is dated March 2019, have you made any progress since then? Hopefully between us we can make some sense of it all!
