Does anyone have access / membership to Roots Ireland? Could you spare a minute and check if Richard Barrett born betwenn 1958 and 1861 has a record available?

Parents Richard and Margaret Barrett maiden name Hallinan. Together they had 11 children, not able to find anything in relation to Richard Barrett, second child.

I have searched rootsireland.ie and there is no record of Richard anywhere in Ireland.
