My GG grandmother was Catherine Brogan, born approx 1834. Her father was Michael Brogan. Catherine left for England in 1850 and married a Roger Wilde. I am looking for any info as to her mother. I am struggling to find out who she was and where they were from. My sister thinks it's County Cork. I would love to know what part of Ireland my ancestors are from and Catherine's mother's name. Thank you.

Please see attached record of a marriage in Youghal, Co. Cork on February 14th 1833 of a Michael Brogan and Cate Hanefan.
Subscription site www.rootsireland has a record of the baptism of an un-named child on May 15th 1832.
Parents: Michael Brogan and Johanna Douley. Baptismal Sponsors: Thomas Brien and Honora Lynch.
Mallow Heritage Centre may be able to assist with this entry.
The surname "Brogan" is not common in County Cork.
