I have found a burial at st catherines dublin for 29th feb 1836 for a daniel doyle age 68 which would make him birth 1778 which is correct. Is there any way of finding any other family members that maybe on record daniel doyle, mary walsh, michael (son ) wife elizabeth lucas

On 14 October 1777, Daniel Doyle married Mary Walsh in the parish of St Catherine's, Dublin.

So it looks like Daniel Doyle (1778–1836) may have been Daniel Jr.
Unfortunately, nothing coming up on searches combined with the other names you mentioned.
