I have baptismal records for Bowen or Bohan in this village. There is only one Catholic Church there. Anyone else?

Yes, you are correct, there is only one church in Clonaghdoo. The name of the parish is Mountmellick of which Clonaghdoo is part. There is also a church in Mountmellick. The baptismal records would cover the whole parish.
