The 1901 census for the Kilfenora area only had one Connole household headed up by an uumarried Michael Connole. His widowed sister was also living with him.

I searched on the subscription site FindMyPast.ie and found an 1842 baptismal record for a Mary Conole with father Pat and mother Biddy Pierse. Is this the correct record for your Mary?

Thank you, Roger.  Her Australian death records say her parents were Michael Connole and Mary Hogan.  On her Australian wedding certificate, she lists her father as a farmer. 
In 1828 there is a Michael Connole sharing land with Pat Laheen at Ballybreen.  In 1856 there is a Michael Connole in Griffith's Valuation on his own land at Kilmanaheen, and one renting a house from a John Kelly.  I've no idea if any of them are the same men. 

It seems as if all the Connoles left the area over quite a short period of time. A great many came to Australia, with a large extended family contingent near Toowoomba.  My Mary lived nearby, but doesn't seem to be a sibling.  Perhaps a cousin. 
I have access to Findmypast and will re-examine the parents of Mary Connole.  I've looked at all the parish register entries, but perhaps I need to reconsider the parents.

Parish Dues paid by Michael Connole on 3 occasions. Possibly moved away afterwards? No marriage record found.
