Denis Ralleigh, ex RIC (1865-1895) was my great grandad.
He then was a vintner at 5 Old Georges St
He died Feb1931. address is given as Summerhill , Cork..
I have a photo of his grave but no idea of where it might be.

I know there is a pub still on Oliver Plunkett St , would there be
anywhere to seek records of his time there?

After lockdown we are back in Ireland for 3 to 4 weeks,
and I would love to pack in as much as I can...We have
Sixmilebridge Ennis,Enistymon ,Cork and Youghall on the route so far.

     The attached on left side of page toward the bottom will give the full detail. Difficulty in copying the full entry in previous post.

    The cemetery apparently is located in the area of Ballyphehane. There are two cemeteries with that name, so you will need to get instructions locally.

  • So my great grandmother Ellen Ralleigh is recorded as dying in 1901 in Cork as well.
    Is it likely to be in the same graveyard ?
