My ancestors lived at 4 Williams Place, off Newfoundland Street in the Sherriff Street area of Dublin from the late 19th century to the first redevelopment in the 1930's.
I have so far being unsuccessful in locating any images of Williams Place, Newfoundland Street and Nixon Street, and just wondered if there are any suggestions as to where to look or ask.
I had a look at the digitised images on the NLI site, but no success.

Paul.
Please see Report of Students and Staff of Maynooth University - Researching of a Dublin Neighborhood - Lower Sheriff Street - Topography - Google.
Have you checked with the Ordnance Survey Office?

McCoy,
Thank you for the pointer. Yes I had seen the Maynooth Uni pieces before, and very interesting they are. I may well go back and review the maps they refer to again, as it all helps with building the backstory.
What I am really looking for though are pictures of the streets (Williams Place, Newfoundland Street & Nixon Street) and their buildings, pre 1930.
My late father, who was the youngest of 6 was born at 4 Williams Place in February 1930, as were all of his siblings, in 1917, 1919, 1922, 1925, 1927, which is why I am trying to find pictures of the buildings in said streets.
They briefly moved to 4 Mountjoy Square, before moving to 2 houses in Crumlin, 276 Kildare Road, & 98 Bangor Road, before finally settling at the newly built 13 Drumcliffe Drive in Cabra West. This house in Cabra remained the home for two of my fathers unmarried siblings until their deaths in 2011 & 2013.

Eileen,
Thank you for the map image.
However, what I am really looking for are pictures/images of the houses and buildings in named streets.
The only picture I have is the one below of my grandfather Peter Masterson standing outside the shop of C Lennox 19 Newfoundland Street. What I would like to try and find are more pictures showing the houses in Williams Place as well as others in Newfoundland Street and Nixon Street.

Great photo, I have tried many sites but unable to find images, it is hard to know when these streets disappeared , Nixon St and Newfoundland street. I know this area was built on reclaimed land from the sea and later the 'ponds' were filled in when the railways were developed. Most ot the houses were tenements, old georgian buildings set out in rooms rented to large families, the conditions were awful and poverty was all there was so eventually they knocked the buildings and rehomed the families. All this area was redeveloped in the 80's/90's/00's and now there are only blocks of apartments, there are few houses left of the original houses, still a few of the old stone warehouses.
