We cannot find her birth ceriticate hence no siblings names etc. nor any relatives.

The reason that you are unable to find a birth certificate for Eliza in 1835 is that they hadn’t been introduced. They only started in Ireland in 1864, so she won’t have one. You might find her baptism though, if the records still exist. You haven’t said what denomination she was but I’ll guess RC. If so, the surviving RC records for Belfast are on-line free on the nli site. Have you checked them? https://registers.nli.ie
