Ellen Mulvey and William Walshe (Welch)

Hello!  Ellen Mulvey was my third great grandmother and was born in Ireland sometime around 1822.  She immigrated to America most likely in the 1840s, perhaps earlier. She made her home in Verplanck, Westchester, New York before relocating to Philadelphia with her husband and children. Ellen married William Walshe (he changed his name to Welch once in America) sometime around 1845 either in New York or Ireland. I was wondering if you could locate a birth record for Ellen and if possible, a marriage record for Ellen and William Walshe. I have many, many Mulrey DNA matches from Country Leitrim, more specifically Mohill, County Leitrim, so Ellen may have been born in that area.
