Hi trying to track down any details on my GG Grandmother Ellie (Anne) Grace McMahon. She was born in Kilarney Co. Kerry in either 1858 or 1859 but I have no dates. She later married John Knaption Mawson DOB 1855 and emigrated to NZ. She had a son Ralph Mawson. Looking for any info on her life or parents etc...thank you

The free site www.irishgenealogy.ie has Co. Kerry church records. I searched for Killarney baptismal records for a female McMahon around 1860 but there were no records. I expanded the search and located an 1858 record in Killeentierna parish which is two parishes north of Killarney. There were also two 1860 records for Ellen McMahons in different parishes. I also searched for Anne McMahon records and located an 1858 record in Listowel, an 1859 record in Moyvane and an 1860 record in Listowel. No Grace McMahon records. We would need the parents names to confirm any of these records. Are you aware of any siblings to Ellen?
