I’m currently working on a small project to produce a Gill family Y-Tree (as in YDNA). I would like to connect with my second cousins James & Brian Gill, I presume born in Rosses Point circa 1960s. Their father was John Gill, a Sergeant in the local guarda, he died around 2004. Family connections tend to get lost with the passing of time but I’m hopeful that with internet and support from Irelandxo perhaps new connections can be started?
