I found out that part of my Irish roots came from Athenry county Galway. Any Farrells in that region.....would love to communicate with you.

  • The Farrellsin my family emigrated from Athenry, county Galway, Ireland around 1883. I calculated the date from a US Census, or a death record. Patrick Farrell and Mary connelly (Connolly on 1 record) were the parents of Michail (b.1866), William (b.1861 and is my great-great grandfather), Thomas (b.1862), Mary (b.1866), Patrick (b.1868), and Bridget (b.1872). The following link is to the only image of a document that I have from Ireland. The rest of my information came from Familysearch or Ancestry.

I really appreciate your connecting with me. It has been a life long dream to find my genealogy and visit Ireland. The other line I have is Brady with a Lynch family names. I have not found anything going back to Ireland on them. I just know that Bridget Brady, my great-great-great grandmother, was born in Ireland in 1817. I do not know if there is anything I could do in your behalf, but if there is I willsurely do my best to do so. Thank you again.
