Hello We will be in Dublin 10-13 February and wondered about husband's relative on maternal side who were Farrell/ Perolze/ Prolze who we believe were in Dalkey and later Cabinteely. Husband's grandfather Joseph Farrel left Ireland about 1903 he passed away in 1953 in Manchester
Grandfather worked at Queens hotel as a waiter His wife came from Bullock - she Annie Murphy
We know a relative Maria /Mary/Moira/Perolz was involved in the revolution and was in jail in Dublin Castle for her involvement.

I am very interested in your post above - did you ever get any clarity? I'm related to Joseph Farrell from Dalkey who married Annie Murphy. Joseph was a waiter at the time of my grandmother's birth in Dalkey in 1908
