Frank P. O'Brien

Unfortunately no sign that I can find of a baptism of Frank (likely recorded as Francis) to the parent names you mentioned. Do you have any clues as to the religious denomination of your O’Brien / Corcoran family or where in ‘Dublin’ they lived ?

When people refer to ‘Dublin’ to often mean the city, but this can also be a reference to the suburbs or county. Most of the Catholic and Church of Ireland church records for the city area are available free on the IrishGenealogy website, and images for most of the historic Catholic Registers for all of Ireland are available on the National Library of Ireland website. Searching for baptisms outside the city, or for other denominations can be more difficult.

I also checked for any possible siblings to Frank, or a marriage of the parents, but unfortunately without success there also..
