I am trying to find the death certificate for Honora Toole Connelly, born aprox 1841 and died between 1901 (listed on census) and 1911 (only lists husband Edward and son Patrick. In 1901, they resided in Roscommon. The 1911 census lists her husband and son's residence in Clifden. I'm farly certain this is correct as the other names on the census are the Toole family.
I am also looking for the cemetery where she may be buried.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The family Connelly / Connolly are listed in the same townland in both 1901 and 1911 in Roscommon. In 1911 Census Honor is listed as Anne, it could be read as Onnie which is a pet version of Honor.
