I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and found three older siblings to Stephen. See below. You will note that there is a gap between 1816 and 1827 so there was likely other children but possibly there is a gap in the records. The parish register for Drom on the NLI site starts in  March 1827  https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0261
