My family is from Ironpool and I was there in 97, I really would love to go back, I would love to see some graves of my people and more info for my genealogy! This is a wonderful site!! I have duel citizenship with Ireland because my grandparents were born there, I'm sooo proud of that!!! now I'm looking for my grandmothers family from CORRAFAIREEN, BALLYGLUNIN. if anyone with info on the FORDES would be appreciated!! Any McHugh's out there fron IRONPOOL???

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and apologies for the long delay in getting back to you.
Feel free to add any further info you have that might point people in the right direction, speific names and dates. I live quite close to Ballyglunin and if, for example, there were any headstones that you know of and want a photo of I could do that for you. It might be the case that in any search you do you consider the parish of Killererin as Ballyglunin skims that parish too, particularly the townland of Cloondahamper
