Searching for ancestry, siblings, living relatives for a James McClure, born Ireland in 1810 (or 1816). Married Anne Knox (1822-1876) in or about 1845, emigrated to the United States soon after. They lived in Pittsburgh, PA, Patoka, IN, Illinois. Anne born at Craigs/Castletorrison, Co. Donegal, daughter of John Knox and Martha Herron. Looking for verification for James' family. His parents possibly a Richard McClure and Mary Russell. Siblings possibly Richard b. 1813, Francis b. 1814, William b. 1820, Agnus or Angus b. 1822, Andrew b. 1824, Ann b. 1827. William married a Catherine Moffatt, Ann married a James Lowry, later a Thomas Wilson. A descendant of William, one Elizabeth Armstrong McClure married a David Witherow. Need to know if this is the correct McClure lineage. I have dna tested at both Ancestry and 23andme. I checked for a marriage record for James and Anne at the Presbyterian Historical Society of Ireland. They indicated that there is only one Presbyterian Church in Convoy parish but their marriages do not begin until 1846.
I've been searching this for many years without much success. I think it will take some dna comparisons with living descendants/relatives of James to get good verification.

Tradition was to marry in the bride’s church. Ann McClure’s marriage to James Lowry in 1852 was in Convoy Presbyterian church.
I’d therefore be inclined to search their records for that Richard McClure and family. They appeared to farm in Treantaboy townland. William is listed in Griffiths Valuation as farming there in 1857, on plot 15 (so presumably Richard was dead by that date). William’s marriage here:

Convoy Presbyterian church has baptisms from 1822 and marriages from 1846. They are unlikely to be on-line. There’s a copy in PRONI in Belfast. The 1822 census of Convoy Presbyterian church lists a Richard McClure and his wife Mary Russell in that townland:
