I am researching the families of John Isaac, James, and William Barr who are recorded in the
Griffiths Valuation of Ireland - Moville Upper, County Donegal
Barr James Ballyargus Moville Upper Donegal
Barr John Ballyargus Moville Upper Donegal
Barr William Tiryrone Moville Upper Donegal
I know that the Census was not available, because of fire. Is there any information available regarding these people? William is my great great great grandfather who emigrated before 1851 from Ireland to USA to Canada. He was married to Elizabeth Moore. I would appreciate any confirmation of this family being related. Blessings: Carol Anderson.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
You did not mention the religious denomination but I will presume Church of Ireland. The subscription site Roots Ireland does have an 1827 baptismal record for an Isaac Barr July 1 1827 (birth June 24 1827). Father was Isaac and mother Nancy. The record was in the Moville Upper Church of Ireland parish. The baptismal records for this parish go back to 1804 but Roots does not have marriage records for the parish.
The Griffiths Valuation for Co. Donegal was published in 1857 and likely accomplished a few year before 1857. If your William emigrated before 1851, I'm not sure the Griffiths record is for him.
I searched the Tithe listings on the National Archives site and there were no Barr records in Moville Upper.
Let me know what questions you have.

Moville Upper, Church of Ireland, has baptisms from 1804, marriages from 1814 and burials from 1815. There’s a also a cess list from 1792. That’s a list of parishioners due to pay towards the upkeep of roads and other public facilities. There’s a copy of all those records in PRONI (the public record office) in Belfast.
