1875 Marriage record for John Wright and NANCY Maylie (Nancy is a nickname for Agnes). His father was James Wright, hers was Stafford Maylie.

Here’s a link to John & Agnes’s marriage in 1875:
(I assume you know Agnes/Nancy/Ann are all interchangeable in Ireland).
Tradition was to marry in the bride’s church (after which she’d attend he r husband’s) so chances are this is where Agnes was baptised. Her father was a farmer and they didn’t move around much. The church in question was Ballymena 2nd Presbyterian. Their baptism records start in 1813, and marriages in 1845. Their records aren’t on-line anywhere so far as I am aware but there is a copy in PRONI.
This may be Agnes’ father Stafford in the 1901 census:
And his death in 1902:
There’s a difference of 10 years in the ages. That was fairly normal. Ages at that period were just guesses and could often be out by 10 years or more.
This looks to be a possible sister for Agnes:
I searched for other Maylie marriages with a father named Stafford but did not find any. I also searched for Agnes’s mother’s death but did not find it. Possibly she died before 1864, which is when death registration began.
I assume this must be your family in Kirkinriola cemetery:
ERECTED BY JOHN WRIGHT, LAYMORE, IN MEMORY OF HIS WIFE AGNES WRIGHT, WHO DIED 12TH JANUARY 1926 AGED 70 YEARS. ALSO HIS SON PTE DAVIS WRIGHT, R.I.R., DIED OF WOUNDS RECEIVED IN ACTION IN FRANCE 18TH DECEMBER 1917. ALSO THE ABOVE-NAMED JOHN WRIGHT, DIED 24TH AUGUST 1929, AGED 70 YEARS. AND HIS SON JOHN WRIGHT, DIED 9TH FEBRUARY 1955, AGED 70 YEARS.
RIR = Royal Irish Rifles
2 Johns, David & Nancy Wright of Laymore all signed the Ulster Covenant in 1912, so you can tell their views on Irish Home Rule from that (they opposed it), and you can see their signatures on-line.

According to the 1911 census, John & Agnes had 8 children, all of whom were alive at that date.

This family was living nearby. Andrew appears to be John & Agnes’ son:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Antrim/Kirkinriola/Leymore/118634/
Here’s Andrew’s marriage in 1903. His father was named John:
The marriage was in High Kirk which is the more common name for Ballymena 2nd Presbyterian church.
Andrew’s birth in 1881:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_retur…
The 8 children appear to be:
Mary 15.1.1876
James 4.3.1877
Stafford 20.4.1879
Andrew 12.11.1881
John 16.5.1884
William 8.12.1886
Robert 22.2.1890
David 28.8.1893

Thank you both so much! This has been very helpful in filling in some of the blanks and has provided fodder for searhing another generation back.
If need any assistance tracing things on the Canadian side let me know. I am in Ottawa, our seat of government, where many of our records can be found. The offline records will be a few more months before we can get back to them.
