I am looking for any information on the above couple whose son Michael McEvoy left Ireland on the Matoaka arriving in NSW on the 17 May 1855. Both his parents were still living when he left. Michael worked as a stonemason in NSW, married Alicia Keating who also travelled on the Matoaka, in 1856. Michael died in Yass near Goulburn in 1896.
