Kehoe - County Wexford

I have done a search for Bonagh parish in Co. Wexford, however I cannot find it. Where did you find reference to Bonagh in relation to James? The only other parish names in Wexford that are vaguely similar are Bannow or Donaghmore. You can see a list of all civil parishes in Wexford here:

I also checked the list of townlands in Wexford, but Bonagh does not show up here either.

Do you have any documentation belonging to James which mentions any other placename? Have you looked into his emigration? Generally, more information was given at the port which the emigrants entered through. Perhaps if you looked in to this you may be able to find another placename. A good place to start is the National Library and Archives of Canada at http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/index-e.html

Without the name of a townland/parish/village or town, it will be hard to know which records are relevant to James. I hope you can find reference to some other placename in your records. Remember to post any new information that you come across, and hopefully one of our volunteers may then be able to help you.
