Hi, we are researching my cousin's, Cathy Roth Uria's, Irish roots. She does not have a lot of information to go on. Her grandfather is Patrick Kenney who was married to Leona Lee in New York. Leona Lee is from Ireland as well. She found her family in the 1901 Census. Cathy would really appriciate any help she can get so she can visit her family's home place and reconnect with family members. She wants to find her Irish roots. The family lived in house #16. Thank you!

    I located a few records pertaining to Cathy's family. Here is the 1911 census record for the John Kenny family including 17 year old Patrick. http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Galway/Ballymacward/Alloon__Upper/448866/  You can see the house number was 13. The house numbers were assigned by the RIC constable as he went thru the townland picking up completed townlands, The first house he visited was house 1, second house was house 2, etc.   The Kennys were in the same house for both censuses. I located the civil death records for Michael and Bridget Cannon see two links below. I was unable to find a civil marriage record for John Kenny and Catherine Cannon but did locate a church record.

    On the subscription site Roots Ireland I found a potential lead for baptismal record for John Kenny. See transcription below. I was not able to find a lead for Catherine's baptismal record or the marriage record for Michael and Bridget.
