Killeenadeema and Kilchreest on Facebook

Hi everyone!  Just wanted to announce that a facebook groups page for genealogy researchers looking into family roots in the East Galway parishes of Killeenadeema and Kilchreest..  It is an open group and I hope will become, like this IrelandXO site, a spot for people to stop in and either look for, or better yet share information on their families and friends.  I will be uploading information gathered in my several years of visits to the Killeenadeema parish learning about my Hall and Kelly kin from the townlands of Sonnagh New and Sonnagh Old.  I have already posted a file of headstone inscriptions from the Killeenadeema cemetery and will add information from censuses and land records as time allows. 

Bruce Brandon - descendant of the Halls and Kelly of Sonnagh New who settled in western Massachusetts between the 1840 and 1900.  Other related families from the parish who also trekked west are Fallons, Lallys, Glynns, Murphys and Cunninghams..
