I have been attempting to research my family from the area around Durrow.. My great grandfather Hugh Lalor (which transformed to Lawler when in England) seems to have been born in 1838 but I cannot be certain. The details I've found are: Baptised 29 0ct 1838 Raheen
Father Patt Lalor born1808 married1840
Mother Kitty Lawless born 1815
I cannot find details of any other children. Is anyone able to help with whether these details seem correct. The big problem i have haf isthat there are so many Lalors,Lawless,Bows,Bulgers and others with the same names it gets very confusing.
If anyone can offer any help I would be very grateful

I have had a look for you through the Roots Ireland Database but have been unable to find any reference to Hugh Lawlor born to Patrick Lawlor and Kitty Lawless.
Is this information that you obtained through records in England?
