I am looking to connect with the descendants of James Leahy and Mary Cormick who were the parents of: Timothy (b1805), Alice (b1807), James (b1808), John (1810), Patrick (b1812), Richard (b1814), Edmund (b1816) and William (b1821). 3 of the older children were born whilst the family was living at Clogharaily, and the youngest child was born at Clondoty. According to Griffiths valuations there was a James Lahy snr and James Lahy jnr and also a John and Michael Lahy in Cloghariley around 1850. I understand there are still Leahys living in the area and would like to understand if/how they are related to James and Mary's family.
