Joseph Kearney of Shinrone was my 4th G Grandfather (President Barack Obama is also descended from Joseph). Joseph's son Joseph married Sarah Healy and they lived in Moneygall. Their son Thomas Kearney was born in Moneygall and left for Baltimore, Maryland, USA in 1791 or sooner. He moved to Ohio in the 1801-1805 time period. Thomas is buried in Fayette County, Ohio.
Lambert Healy (probably Sarah's brother) was married the same day that Sarah and Thomas Kearney were married. There are still a number of Healys living in Offaly. I suspect but cannot prove that they are descended from Lambert.
