Locating a baptismal certificate for Mary Hayes born 23 Jan 1923 in the Mallow Workhouse

I am trying to find out how to obtain a baptismal certificate for Mary Hayes born 23 Jan 1923 in the Mallow workhouse.  I have her birth certificate and note that her mother’s name was also Mary Hayes but no father’s name was given on the birth certificate.  

Based on DNA analysis, I believe the mother of young Mary Hayes was born 1 Sept 1896 in Liscarrol and baptized Sept 2 1896 in Churchtown Roman Catholic parish.  I can find the elder Mary Hayes on the 1901 census in Castlecor with her family and then in 1911 in Churchtown.  I have access to Roots Ireland, Ancestry, Find My Past, and of course, Irish Genealogy.ie but the record I seek is too current to be listed in any of those databases.

Being that almost 100 years has passed since young Mary Hayes’s birth on 23 Jan 1923 in the Mallow workhouse, would it be possible to contact the local parish to obtain a copy of her baptismal certificate?  If so, who would I contact, please?

I would truly appreciate any help you can provide.
