I would like to use Location Standardization for my Irish ancestors in my Legacy FamilyTree, however, I am getting confused as to how do this.
This is how it looks right now. I imagine I will be more successful if I have it down correctly.
As it is in the "Birthplace" column
Ballymacoda and Ladybridge, Cork, Ireland
Killeagh, Cork, Ireland
Youghal, Cork Ireland
Clonard, Youghal, Co. Cork
Killeagh, Cork, Ireland
Kilnoe, Clare, Ireland
Ballycrenane, Ballymadoda, Cork Ireland
Lecarrow, Clare, Ireland
Co Sligo, Ireland
Aghavine, Cork Ireland
Scarriff, Ireland
As you can see...there is no consistency. If anyone has a standardization method I can use to change/correct my above list I would be grateful.
Thank you,

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I looked at my tree on Ancestry and for the most part my ancestors born in Ireland show the townland followed by the nearest large town followed by the county and then Ireland OR town/parish followed by the county and Ireland .
Your Clonard Youghal Co. Cork, Ireland would be a good example of the first display I mentioned and Killeagh, Cork, Ireland would be an example of the second display. Of course, you may only know the county and therefore Co. Sligo, Ireland would be acceptable.
The only outlier that I see in your list is Ballymacoda and Ladysbridge Co. Cork which is an RC parish.
Let me know if you have questions.
