Looking at the names makes me believe the names were probably slightly different originally
Colligan or Cooligan is an option and Mary Casady could be Mary Cassidy
What else do you know about the couple, where did they emigrate to for example ?
Mallow Cork

Im also looking for Patrick Coolican born abt 1826 who married a Mary Pruroy (according to my great grandfathers marriage certificate) in Leeds/Grenville township in Ontario Canada. He was from Ireland but I think she was from the united states. (from census in 1851 in canada) I just read a book by my grandmother that she talks about her great grandfather's parents Patrick and Mary died at a young age and left behind 5-6 children who were sent to respective families in the united states. Except for my great great grandfather henry (harry) coolican who stayed here in canada.
Could we be searching for the same family?
