Looking for family of James Doyle and Mary Kearns

You would need to give more information in order for us to possibly be in a position to assist you.  I take it the above information is from a Headstone in a graveyard.  Where is it?   And who of the named people on it are the people you are seeking?  Is the James Doyle born on 23rd June 1923 your grandfather?   Is he your mother's or father's father?  Is that Maureen your mother?  What relationship has Mary Kearns to both?   There is a free website www.irishgenealogy.ie where you can search Birth, Death and Marriage records in Ireland from 1864 to various dates.  There is a 100 year rule where birth records under 100 years are not published for privacy reasons for example.  I had a quick search for all James Doyles born in 1923 (which is just over the 100 year rule) and there is no James registered as having been born on 23rd June 1923. There are 29 of that name born in 1923 and registered.  A James on 24th June 1923.  If you had a look at those you might identify your James, perhaps registered under the wrong date etc.   As for the record for Maureen you will not find that online as it is covered by GDPR rules.  You may purchase copies of various certificates  it by mailing  groresearchroom@welfare.ie - copies of Maureen's birth and death certificates (there is a fee attached, but only request copies for research purposes)
