The baptismal records for Loughrea RC parish start in 1810 and are available on the subscription site Roots Ireland. I located a record in 1825 and 1830 (see below). I searched for Anne Green and I  located an 1820 record in Loughrea  (see below). Since your Anne may have been born in 1820, I also found William Fahy records in 1821 and 1822 where on both records the father was William. See below.
