I am searching for John Mullins from Galway.He lived and worked in  the UK during the late 50's early 60's around the Ayelsbury Buckinghamshire area. He played hurlingand the attached picture was taken from a team picture and its all I have to go on. I have searched all the sites without any luck.He did move on to America from the UK mid 60's I think but returned after a failed marriage.Jon is the starting point for my branch of the Mullins family so I am stuck. If anyone has a John Mullins in thier tree or has any advice I would be most grateful.

  • Hi Maria, I am also Searching for My Birth Mother, Marie Teresa Mullins. I have Used 2 Sites, and have Got Results.. Was he from Rahard, close to Athenry for Example.

    My understanding is that when there is a reply or message posted to the message board that the initial poster is notified automatically, I see Gerard and Pat gave some advice on current research,

    hopefully, that was of help. I think you should give it a few days to see if there is a response and if not I will check back with Gerard /Pat to see how we can be of assistance.

    Maria has been posting on some GAA hurling sites this is how I came across her Facebook page as she had left a message on the Kilbeacanty GAA page.

    I don't know if she is on Facebook that often, but perhaps you could contact one of her friends from her page. Maybe, you can keep in touch as there are other people abroad involved in hurling that I can ask.
