Michael E. Delaney was born at Clashagod, Dunkerrin, King' s County abt 1817. His parents were James Delaney and Mary Maher or Meagher. If there are any search angels out there who can look at the parish register to find the parents marriage and any children born to them, it would be greatly appreciated. The records for the RC parish of Dunkerrin start in January 1820. https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0762
However, it appears that Michael was baptized October 21 1820
You should be able to see the entry at this link https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000634656#page/8/mode/1up Note only one sponsor a Margaret Delaney who likely was a sister to James.
I did not locate any baptismal records for siblings.or the marriage record.
