Burriscarra is the name of a civil parish in County Mayo, about which you can see more info at this link, including a map:

Within that civil parish are a number of townlands, which is the basic unit in addresses for rural areas.  Rinaneel is one of those townlands, and you can see more info about it at this link, including a map:
