Here is what I do know: William Malowney b abt1820 believed Menlough, d. 25Dec1892, Wellington, Ontario, CA. Married Mary Ann Catherine Jones (1824-1907) from Canada. Possible father James Malowney or Patrick? Possible mother Bridget. Nothing at all to confirm these.  Children Hugh, John, Thomas, Amelia, Andrew, Charles, William, and Caroline. There is a William Malowney baptized 27Sept1820, Portlaw, Cty Watherford, Roman Catholic, son of James Mullowney and Brigid Phelen, and another William Mulloney baptized 29Apr1821 in Callan, Co. Kilkenny, to Hugh Mulloney and Bridget Mulloney. Hugh as a father may make more sense as William's oldest son was named Hugh Edward? All the childrens were born in either Canada or the United States.  I do know they were Roman Catholic
