Greetings from Seattle:

Checking in to see if anyone's related to these families ... my great-grandparents Daniel Mangan of Tarbert and Catherine (Kate) Finnell/Fennell left Co. Kerry around 1906-1908 for New York and ended up in the gold mining town of Victor, Colorado, USA, where they married and had my grandmother, Mary Mangan, who had my father, William Struck, who had me, Marsi Northcutt. 

Daniel Mangan's parents are Michael Mangan and Johanna Patwell; Kate Finnell's parents are Patrick Finnell and Mary Bunce. Lots of crossover from Tarbert and Glin due to their close proximity. 

 

Here is a photo of my grandmother, Mary Josephine Mangan Struck, the first-generation American child born of Daniel Mangan and Kate Finnell, when she was about 19 years old.

    Patrick McInerney b 1819 in Glin, Limerick, Ireland m 1855 Mary Mackessy in Glin, Limerick, Ireland  Next generation 
    John McInerney b ca 1800 in Glin, Limerick, Ireland m ca 1818 Sara Barry in Glin, Limerick, Ireland  Next generation  Patrick McInerney b ca 1750 probably in County Clare, Ireland m. Katherine Langan in Ireland

     

    Sound familiar we are most likely cousins same place Glin, Limerick
