lollipops:
The Oranmore RC records start in 1833 so no baptismal record would be available for Mark Grealy. The subscription site Roots Ireland did have a March 3 1851 marriage record in Oranmore for a Mark Grelay and Catherine Higgins. Mark was from Curragrean townland in Oranmore civil parish. I located three baptismal records for sons Peter 1859 James 1861 Patrick 1864.
Civil registrsation of births started in 1864 and here is Patrick's birth record (first record)
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_retur…
Mark Grealy married Mary Kelly in 1866 third record https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_re…
They had five children Cecily 1867 Edmund 1869 Mary 1871 Elizabeth 1874 Mark 1877
As you indicated Mark Grealy died in 1880 see fourth record
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_retu…
Mary Greally had a lodging house in 1901 http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Galway/Oranmore/Innplo…
Thisis the only Mary Greally I located in the 1911 census. http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Galway/Oranmore/French…

Patricia:
Mark Grealy was married in 1851 so unlikely that 1838 baptismal records are for him. Might be a cousin.

Lollipops,
Your Mark's 1866 marriage record notes that his father was John Grealy.
I hope this helps.

When I looked at the marriage record for Mark Grealy I thought it showed James GREALY as being the father of Mark.
Could you confirm that for me
Kind regards

"Would there be any records re Birth, Marriage, Death, siblings on Mark Grealy's father?"
Civil registration of births, marriages, deaths began in 1864 in Ireland. So there would be no civil birth record and likely no civil marriage record, unless James had a second, late marriage. If he died before 1864, there would be no civil death record. However, you can search the free website irishgenealogy.ie to see if there's a death record in 1864 or after.
RootsIreland has a burial record transcription for a James Grealey, householder, of Oranmore, d. 08-Jan-1837. It is possible that this is your James, but not proved.
Griffith's Valuation (1855) lists four Grealey heads of household in Oranmore; the first place name below is the townland name, then the parish and county.
- Grealy Catherine Oranmore Oranmore Co. Galway
- Grealy Mark Carrowmoneash Oranmore Co. Galway
- Grealy Martin Glennascaul Oranmore Co. Galway
- Grealy John Moneymore East Oranmore Co. Galway
The tithe applotments at the National Archives of Ireland list a Michael “Gualy” as follows:
- Gualy Michl Renville Demesne Oranmore Galway 1827
A look at the actual page shows that this name could be “Grealy.”
I hope this is helpful.

I think Mark Grealy, married September 1866, may have been father of my great grandmother Elizabeth Grealy Madigan, born in Oranmore, who emigrated to Massachusetts in the 1890’s.
We were told she had a sister named Cecilia who emigrated to Australia, as well some brothers who also emigrated.
I would be so happy to know if Mark was in fact her father!
If anyone can confirm or advise me where to look further I’d greatly appreciate your help!
