I will be visiting Ireland in May 2023. Mary Ellen Groark (married name Branson) was my grandmother. She was born in Swinford, County Mayo. She emmigrated to the United States and died in 1957. I am interested in any information available about her family in Ireland, her birth and baptismal records and any living relatives still in Ireland. Her mother was Mary Sheridan and her father was Thomas Groark.

Subscription site www.rootsireland.ie has a Civil record of the marriage of a Thomas GRAORKE to Mary Sheridan in Bohola Chapel on February 2nd 1888. Registrar's District of Kiltimagh. Thomas's address is Lecarrow and Mary's Ardgallen. Parents: James Graorke and John Sheridan. I did not find any children recorded to this couple, You might give the date of birth of Mary. A check for "Thomas Groarke and Mary Sheridan" was negative. Regards T
