Looks like the couple had at least eight children based on the records on the subscription site Roots Ireland: Alice 1880 John 1882 Edward 1884 (this Edward likely died young). Patrick 1886 another Edward 1887 Mary 1889 William 1891 Thomas 1892

Likely the entiire family emigrated to Halifax sometime in the 1890s since they were not in Newtowngore (or anywhere in Co. Leitrim) in the 1901 census .

I assume you were able to see the documents at the links above? I located the civil birth records for all of the remaining children except the 1887 Edward. One correction from my note above. Thomas was actually born in December 1893. Let us know when you finalize your trip plans after the pandemic is over.
