My father Michael Fortune was born in Dublin on 12 May 1898 his parents were John and Julia Fortune. My grandfather John died in about 1873/74 and my grandmother Julia Fortune later remarried and i woulod like to find information of that marriage so i can trace further down the line.

Could you clarify your dates? You have your father was born in 1898 and your grandfather died 1873/1874. Did you mean 1903/1904?
I did find this civil marriage in 1909 (first record)
